ABSTRACT

This chapter provides the steps to prepare the introduction of the program of agile management innovation while concurrently building support throughout the whole organization. In order to prepare the launch of the program of agile management innovation, the CEO and his/her executive committee should set up three commissions, such as, executive commission, master plan commission, and practices commission. The internal/external consultants need to prepare the seminar material for the communication program starting with a common base but that addresses the different needs of the different levels and of the different functions. The program of introductory seminars serves to inform the life-forces of the organization of the why, the who, and the how of the program of agile management innovation, to show how they benefit from it, and to get their commitment to make it a success. The leaders of introductory seminars should record the mood of the participants, their comments and concerns, and how they have accepted the responses given.
