ABSTRACT
Chapter 6 briefly summarizes the essence of my previous chapters in order to make clear the clinical implications of their content, to underline the need for future evidence-based research, and to indicate what this research should look like on a unified research arc as well as on a more detailed, specific level, with a sensitivity to race, ethnicity, culture, gender, and ethics.
