ABSTRACT

Tetranormalized universe has revived the original objective of socioeconomic theory (SEAM), namely to consolidate entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial capitalism, by dissociating it from the speculative financial capitalism, in the line with our research in macro economies. The socioeconomic theory of organizations and territories establishes a link between the individual, organizational and macroeconomic levels of value creation, according to a principle of isomorphism. The value added is the raison d'etre of a public or private organization, being useful to the societal environment. The sustainable economic performance of an organization comes from the rational utilization of its resources over short and long-term intervals, by taking into account anthropological criteria in its economic activity. According to the socioeconomic theory of organizations, direct productive time is only efficient when it is coupled with a suitable dose of indirectly productive time, called time for creation of potential.
