ABSTRACT

When your work becomes the object of your research project, an autoethnographic learning journey starts. Systematic reflection of the paradigmatic conditions and contexts of this situation will allow for continuous feedback and additional learning throughout the research. Research is a project and a process, which creates a specific self-referential learning loop in the case of PM research. The case study of the SEgroup will illustrate such a radical learning journey, its frames, milestones and flow leading to an understanding of the systemic contexts of co-creating praxeological research. In the end some learning can be derived for PM research, not only for autoethnographic research settings.
