ABSTRACT

Based on the PMM contributing factors study for e-Learning projects, this chapter will reveal the process of transferring the research findings from one context to another. Empirical studies were carried out in this research with interviews identifying the CSS process and Delphi questionnaires exploring the significance of 4-dimensions, 19-factors and 122 metrics. Then reliability and validity test and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were adopted for the data analysis. Results demonstrate that non-process factors including customer involvement, organisational variants and member performance play an important role in CSS-PMM.
