ABSTRACT
The following is an abbreviated transcript from a conversation with Dr Lynn Crawford in preparation for this book. It took place in June, 2013 in Utrecht, Netherlands. In sharing this conversation with you, I made the same decision as I did with other chapters and removed myself as best I could as interpreter. With Lynn, this decision was even easier – she’s a very clear speaker! But I have removed some text for the sake of brevity or where the core of either a question or response was buried. I’ve also restructured the material somewhat to connect themes that arose in our conversation to relevant chapters in the book. Each of these steps was taken to increase the usability of the text.
