ABSTRACT

As part of this field study research, empirical data were collected from the employees of WHA asking them what characteristics would constitute an ideal participatory evaluation process for their organization. How the questionnaire was developed is discussed in Chapter III and the questionnaire is preSented in Appendix A. This section will display and discuss the results of the expectations questionnaire administered to WHA employees and report the results of the statistical analysis also outlined in Chapter III. The general format of this chapter will follow the evaluation characteristics outlined in the questionnaire and will have four sections: (1) data collection, (2) personnel data, (3) characteristics of the ideal participatory evaluation process at WHA, and (4) a summary of the expectations questionnaire fmdings.
