ABSTRACT

Probability is a topic which may worry you, either because you have never studied it before, or you have studied it before but you did not fully get to grips with it. It is true that the study of probability requires a clear head, a logical approach, and the ability to list all the outcomes of simple experiments, often with the aid of diagrams. After some experience and some (possibly painful) mistakes, which are all part of the learning process, the penny usually begins to drop.
