ABSTRACT

Selection Option selection may be done in one of two ways. (i) Make the required option current by using the arrow keys as described

above, then press the ENTER key. (ii) Press the alphabetic key corresponding to the first letter of the required

entry (upper or lower case will do). If you press a key that does not correspond to any of the options, the keystroke will be ignored. If two or more options begin with the same sequence of letters you will have to enter additional keystrokes until a single option is uniquely identified. For example, on the Explore menu two options begin with the letter ‘T 5: ‘Tim e-plot5 and ‘Table5. Pressing ‘T 5 (or ‘t 5) will reduce the menu to these two entries. Pressing ‘i5 (or T ) will then choose ‘Tim e-plot5, while pressing ‘a5 (or ‘A 5) will choose ‘Table5. Pressing any other key following the ‘t 5 will abort the selection and return to the full Explore menu.
