ABSTRACT
So far we have used a single unique identifier for each variable employed in a program. Many programming tasks are concerned with the collection and subsequent processing of large amounts of related data. For such cases, the use of arrays to store and process data in a general and systematic way offers considerable scope to our programming ability.
