ABSTRACT
When I started writing this book, I knew I needed to share what I had learned from each of the contributors to “insights for the journey.” These remarkable professionals come from small and large organizations, health care, education, manufacturing, business, and nonprofits. Many others have also shaped my understanding and implementation of continuous improvement. Their insights and expertise have become so embedded in how I do my work that I sometimes do not know what is my own thought or someone else's.
