ABSTRACT
Drawing from the experiences of South Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Angola, this chapter focuses on the development and implementation of policies aimed at increasing the social inclusion of disabled people during conflict transformation. It highlights the benefits of including disabled people in the transition process and provides recommendations for improving the implementation of the policies introduced.
