ABSTRACT
The Election Commission announces that polling for the twelfth Lok Sabha elections and state assemblies will be held in four phases: February 16, 22, and 28 and March 7. For the first time, when general elections are being held in winter months, polling in Jammu and Kashmir will take place at the same time as in the rest of the country.
