ABSTRACT

In a far-off country there lived an old king who could barely stand on his own feet, he was so weakened. He saw what was happening to him, and saw well that he wouldn't be blowing on his porridge much longer and that he had little time left in the world to rule. So one morning he summoned his three sons and announced to them: "My dear children! You yourselves see and know that I am already very old and it's not possible for me to live among you much longer. So, while I am still here, go out into the world to learn and experience something, for without experience one won't get anywhere. If the Lord returns you safely home, you will help me to rule so that after my death, with lessons in everything and practice, you won't have to struggle as I once did. I will give you money, as much as you need, and I will give each of you a horse Cyclone so that you won't have to go everywhere on foot and thus wear yourselves out so quickly."
