ABSTRACT
In contrast with Cyber Naught and Cyber Drift types, Cyber Gain unions and locals make much of computer possibilities. The good news is that their number appears larger with every passing year; the bad news, that their ranks remain far too small for Labor's good. Worse yet, they are actually often thought the end-all, when in fact they are way stations. Hopefully, they will succeed in becoming the CyberUnions discussed in Part III.
