ABSTRACT

Over the last two decades, antidumping laws have been the subject of a seemingly endless barrage of criticism from foreign governments, foreign companies, and a number of academics. Much of the analysis already detailed in previous chapters explicitly or implicitly responds to some of their charges, but to ensure that the reader has the opportunity to compare the argument on both sides, this chapter will respond to each of the major criticisms directly and answer several of the prominent recent works that are critical of antidumping regimes.
