ABSTRACT
In this chapter, I talk about group and interpersonal communication theories that are particularly relevant to understanding group dynamics. I focus on seven overarching communication theories or concepts. Understanding how groups communicate will help you be a better group leader and also do a better job in analyzing the group discussion.
