ABSTRACT

As we have seen, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) creates a continually changing plan, which disrupts the delivery of products and deployment of resources, creating customer dissatisfaction. Customer Satisfaction Planning (CSP) employs a combination of techniques, which results, as its name says, in customer satisfaction. Individually these techniques may be of little benefi t, but the combination delivers the best product, more quickly and at least cost. CSP is the best if all these techniques are used.
