ABSTRACT
When I got to my o¬ce this morning, I immediately knew something was wrong. Waiting for me in a stu«ed chair in the executive reception area was Phillip. For Phillip to be here this early, I thought, there had to be trouble. I wondered what it could be; our management scrum was going well, and our sprints for SDNI and product hardening were productive and satisfying, if a bit rocky. I soon learned that the drama was in another area altogether.
