So far I have spent some considerable time discussing leadership from a team or organizational perspective. ‘e case studies are primarily about this, but what about the person who is the leader. What of their issues, their problems, their fears, their hopes, their aspirations? ‘is is the time to consider the person at the center of all this, the leader him-or herself.
