ABSTRACT
Organizational politics, the tenth waste. Maybe the reason I have so much disdain for politics is that I have virtually no political skills. I am not so naïve as to not understand that politics are a way of life. However, I do not like politics. They get in the way of implementing Lean Six Sigma and they slow down improvement.
