ABSTRACT
Gene’s comments illustrate just how bad things have gotten, and how little understanding there is of the maelstrom that lies ahead. Not only are executives stunned like the proverbial deer in the headlights given the enormity of what lies ahead, but leadership to take on change is sorely lacking.
