ABSTRACT
SQUEAKY HINGE CASE STUDY A manufacturer of telecommunication components dedicated one injectionmolding line to manufacturing polymeric hinge assemblies; each hinge assembly consisted of two individual components. One of the components was designed to be affixed to the frame of a telecommunication cabinet, and the other component of the assembly was designed to be affixed to the door of the same cabinet.
