ABSTRACT
In this chapter taken from Aion, Jung draws on Greek and Roman mythic symbolism, and early Christian religious texts, in order to show the historical significance of the symbol of the fish. This chapter continues Jung’s exploration of the symbolic connection between the fishes and the psychology of the Christian era.
