ABSTRACT
Ethanol’s primary application is as a component of the ethanol-gasoline blend for fuels. It can be the basis for producing products such as ethylene and ensuing polymers as an alternative to production from petroleum-based sources to take advantage of what can be advantageous technology and business opportunities.
