ABSTRACT
In August 2005, Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans, Louisiana. As a Category 3 hurricane, there were sustained winds of 125 miles/hour and massive Šooding. Hundreds of residents were displaced from their homes and had no food, water, shelter, or medical assistance. Much of the city was devastated. Businesses were in shambles.
