ABSTRACT
Issues related to the processes of maintenance and assurance of continued and safe exploitation of historic buildings are closely related to the processes of their diagnosis, repair and strengthening. What is more, if a building has heritage value and is on the list of monuments protected by law, various aspects related to conservatory requirements must be taken into account during renovation. Such problems also concern quite new reinforced concrete structures which are already considered to be historical.
