ABSTRACT

To investigate the existence of kinetic Alfvén wave solitons, warm ions and two electron components, namely hot and cold are considered in a 144magnetized plasma. In this work, by using the Sagdeev pseudopotential method, an exact of analytical expression for arbitrary amplitude solitary kinetic AlfVén wave is derived. The Sagdeev potential (SP) K(n c ) has been calculated numerically and the range of parameters for the existence of solitary waves and their effects on the plasma medium are studied in details and presented graphically for the different set of plasma parameter values.
