ABSTRACT

242Amino-based metal organic frameworks (MOFs) derived from dimethyl 5-aminoisophthalate with Mn(II) acetate were successfully synthesized using synthetic thermolysis method. The synthesis ligands of MOFs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Mn-MOF was tested as oxidative catalyst for 3-nitro-benzaldehyde and 2,4-hydroxybenzaldehyde.
