ABSTRACT

In this chapter, we synthesized conductive urethane acrylate with added PANi-CuO nanocomposites into urethane acrylate matrix. PU-PANi-CuO composites were prepared and then curing of the composites were completed in the ultraviolet curing device. The morphological studies (SEM) showed uniform distribution PANi-CuO nanocomposites in polyurethane matrix. Glass transition temperature (Tg) value of the PU-PANi-CuO composites to higher value which indicates that PU-PANI-CuO composites are more stable than PANi-CuO. Electrical conductivity of urethane acrylate increased with increasing content of PANi-CuO nanocomposites.
