ABSTRACT

Products made from elastomer compositions are used in rocket, aviation and marine engineering, including special-purpose structures operating at extreme temperatures. Therefore, of special interest are composite polymer

materials with heat resistance higher than 200°C for products capable of prolonged operation at elevated temperatures. This paper shows how functionally active fillers can be used in creating elastomer compositions. Their influence on fire and heat resistance of rubbers based on generalpurpose raw rubber has been considered.
