ABSTRACT
248Authors have discussed the need to establish National Center for Water Resources, Research Development & Management, with objectives of taking up research on water/water-related subjects and coordinating water-related issues/activities like developments and managements. Future water scarcity is inevitable. The necessity of interlinking of rivers in India, particularly interlinking of peninsular rivers is also discussed.
