ABSTRACT
Despite challenges that regulatory agencies or competent authorities face about data integrity, awareness of the issue has significantly increased the understanding and knowledge of the computer systems and quality control systems that are relevant to the manufacturing of medicinal products. Since e-records integrity deviations have a potential impact on public health, regulatory agencies or competent authorities are focusing on the integrity of e-records and training inspectors on this topic.
