Field Training and Training Transfer

There is a wide array of variables when it comes to training transfer to fieldwork. You may control some of these variables, but for some, you may not have any control over them. This chapter will examine some variables regarding transferring training to the field. This chapter will also look into field training programs (FTPs) and how important they are in enhancing the transfer of training to fieldwork.
