ABSTRACT

Organizational resilience management is a management framework comprised of planning, decision making, and execution needed to anticipate, prevent (if conditions allow it), prepare, and respond to disruptive events and changes in the environment that detrimentally affect organizations (Leflar and Siegel, 2013). In this case, the organization “megacity” benefits from British Standard 65000:2014 (BS 65000:2014) as it strengthens its capacity to prevent, minimize, manage, and tolerate risks from climate change impacts.
