ABSTRACT
The executive team have excused themselves after expressing their delight and giving their stamp of approval to the work conducted by the BPO team on their analysis on the current state four-point planning map and the creating of an improved future state map and management control system that has already begun to achieve results. The team has taken fifteen minutes for a toilet break and to grab some refreshments.
