ABSTRACT
We have everyone here in the board room; it’s time to talk turkey. We have Smithy from projects, John representing ops, and Billy for finance. We also have sales, HR, communications, and IT. Rory is here and he has brought along his four analysis and continuous improvement team leaders. Oh…and legal, we can’t forget legal. I go over the results of my meetings from the last two weeks with the team. Also in the room with us is Jane Austin, our M&A intermediary.
