ABSTRACT
We are having a pre-meeting with the entire analysis team, all of the senior department heads are present plus the teams they intend to deploy during the analysis. Also present are the sixteen trained analysts and continuous improvement experts from our in-house team. The objective of this meeting is to get an agreement of what we will be looking for during the due diligence process. John and James are also present but the outcome and the subsequent outputs of this meeting are clearly my responsibility.
