ABSTRACT
The team has completed their due diligence; they have thoroughly analyzed each company and have gone over them as a group with me and our four division presidents. I’ve asked James to join us for a formal debrief and he in turn has asked Alex to attend. So here we all are in the boardroom, thirty-six analysts representing all the functions in the business presenting to the company’s senior executive and the chairman of the board. All of the due diligence team are a bit nervous, and so I begin.
