ABSTRACT
The four division presidents and all of our new senior leaders from our acquired businesses are sitting together in the boardroom at head office. Alongside them are the senior department heads from across the entire business, plus John, Rory, Bill, Smithy, and me. The dynamic is very interesting; the atmosphere feels like there is no pressure at all and yet we are here to go over very important issues.
