ABSTRACT
Use cases define the services which a system or component provides to its clients or users. In UML-RSDS use cases are precisely specified using OCL, and their effects are defined in terms of the modifications they make to the class diagram data (and possibly calls to external applications). Use cases are shown on the system class diagram together with the classes they relate to.
