ABSTRACT

Introduction It is important to relate concepts and practices. Throughout this book I have provided tips, tools, and techniques to perform operational audits, and I have also given you examples to illustrate and support their adoption. This chapter consists of illustrations of objectives, risks, and controls to give the auditor a starting point when performing operational reviews. These lists are not all-inclusive and they should be used with caution since every audit has its own objectives and scope.
