ABSTRACT
The mission of this Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) project is to create and standardize the industry bed by integrating a universal bed that will provide a safe and comfortable environment to the patient and staff members. For the team to be able to provide this service, we are redesigning the current standard hospital bed in order to provide stakeholders with a more efficient, safe, and robust bed.
