ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we shall discuss briefly the IPPF Performance Standards as they affect staffing and managing of the IAF as a component of organizational governance. The main purpose of this chapter is to familiarize interested practitioners and researchers with current knowledge and matters in staffing and managing the IAF. Much of the principles used here are adapted from other disciplines, including the external audit domain. These principles are used as far as useful to this discussion.
