ABSTRACT
After benefi ts are planned, they have to be realized. Th is process will involve several steps, such as the delivery of outputs, the production of outcomes, and the implementation of changes, which can happen in diff erent ways as described in Chapters 3 and 5. Benefi ts realization is the process of making expected benefi ts become real while also making people aware of their achievement. It will preferably involve some type of fi nancial measurement of the value actually created to the business.
