ABSTRACT
In our design mode for localization, the microphone in the mobile phone only receives beacons broadcasted by the anchor nodes passively. Such a broadcast mode can ease the network design and support infinite users at the same time. The drawback is that two-way ranging cannot be performed. Thus, the unknown delay needs to be solved during the estimation process.
