ABSTRACT

People are a significant resource of an organization, and their full involvement enhances their ability to create value for all stakeholders. Competent and engaged people are critically essential to the organization's ability to meet its strategic objectives. The organization must determine the necessary competence needed for working within the system of management and affecting organizational performance and effectiveness. The internal value chain support is important to have the people-focused support processes be as effective as the processes used in operations. Much of the communication provides information on the core and supporting operations. Information support includes the processes needed for the storage, security, protection, communication, and distribution of data and information to all engaged stakeholders. The organization needs to determine, provide, and maintain the work environment necessary to support the quality of the products and services. The infrastructure supports the organization's ability to be able to provide products and services.
