ABSTRACT
The breakdown voltages (kV/mm) for 20 Type 2 electrical cable insulation samples [1] are given in Table 28.1. Experience indicated that the failure voltages can be represented adequately by the two-parameter Weibull model [1,2]. A comparative analysis, however, showed that the data were consistent with both two-parameter Weibull and lognormal descriptions [1]. Breakdown Voltages (kV/mm)
