ABSTRACT

In this section, the following analysis looks at the proportion of messages in each of the three distinct stages of the decisionmaking processes (see Figure 8.1) and Civil Society global virtual team (GVT) members’ contributions in the process. In the “Problem Identification Process” section, I will describe the way Civil Society engaged in the problem identification processes and how high-context members differ from low-context members in the manner that they identify and understand problems, as well as the techniques that they apply when dealing with problems that were encountered during their discussions.
