ABSTRACT
A number of publications are available for the measurement of dielectric properties of materials, in general, using lumped parameter circuits, e.g., Field [1] and Kaatze [2]. Availability of measurement equipment that can be controlled and automated with the help of personal computers has removed the tedium and expense, in terms of personnel time and efforts.
